Diva Challenge #96, quote, life

Live out of your imagination, not your history.
Stephen Covey

The Diva's challenge this week is to use the tangle pattern "zinger".    You will find the zinger pattern in my zentangle tile below - it's the stems with the coil-like ends.

This is the first time I've posted in a couple of weeks due to the pain I'm experiencing because of a pinched nerve in my spine.  After several more Dr visits and pain relieving prescriptions which did not take away the pain, I had an MRI done.  I have several bulging disks and am now awaiting an appointment with a neurologist.  Like most Mom's who have given birth, I can withstand pain fairly well.  But when the pain does not decrease and continues on for weeks - well it certainly has made me tired and weary.

In order to put the pain in the back of my mind, I've been making another quilt.  So off I go now to get that sewing machine humming again.

My rayers are with you. Unremitting pain is almost unbeaarable. I'm glad you were able to participate, and your ZIA is lovely.

Your tile is awesome, very nice work. Sorry to hear of your pain. I have been living with chronic pain due to herniated discs for over 2 years now. It is quite a challenge, I hope they can do something for you. Praying for you.

So sorry to read about your struggles and pain....it is different that the other pains, unrelenting pain is awful. I hope that the quilt helps a lot, until you find relief. Thank you for sharing your tile, it is lovely!

I hope you get the problems taken care of soon. My Mom now 91 had back surgery for some bulging discs and has been fine ever since(about 5 years now). I wish the same good result for you. Your design today is very revealing with the girl with shards flowing out from her neck!

I'm so sorry to hear of your pain. There is nothing quite as challenging as living in constant pain. Thank you for taking the time to share your lovely tile. Nice work.
