One sure way to relate to the above quote is to be stopped on the interstate for three hours due to an accident.  Yesterday on the way home from Indy airport, my friends and I had that experience.  While waiting however, I keep thinking how fortunate I was to be caught in the traffic tie up rather than being involved in the accident!  What a difference a few minutes (or hours) can make.
